Intuitive thinking - Not to Predict the Future - But To Create the Future

Business Process Engineering

Creative Business Process Engineering

Traditionally defined as "the analysis and redesign of workflow within and between enterprises", Business Process Engineering or BPR is a method whereby the ideas, concepts, tasks and actions of people involved in the running or designing of a business endeavour can be visualized, tracked and moulded to suit the priorities and personalities of the people involved in the creation of the entity.

It's a way of understanding the situation as it exists, mapping a route to the situation you want to create and making sure all the interm steps are taken care of. Control of the workflow and confidence and comfort for the principals is the goal. This is all in aid of making the project understandable, taking the "overwealming" aspect out of any venture and using the excitement of the moment to manifest positive change for the business and the people involved.

Our process engineer Doug McCormick is renowned for taking the stuffing out of fearsome projects, breaking them down to manageable constituent parts and mapping realistic routes to realistic targets. Your creative business endeavour can be charged with excitement and a sense of confidence in your proceedures. It just takes time to understand where you are and the best way to get to your goals.

Testimonials:

  • Doug McCormick singlehandedly and with an intuitive insight, took the ideas I had in my mind (ideas I have been unable to explain) for my creative based business, and turned them into a series of tasks that I can see, schedule, understand and accomplish. Instead of being overwhelmed by the scale of some unexplainable idea, I'm now taking pieces of a visible puzzle and putting them, one by one into place. The result is a business that looks like a business, whereas before it was a bunch of "crazy ideas" that would go nowhere.

  • Doug crystalized my thoughts and allowed my vision to appear on paper before me, then broke it down logically into managable ideas, next steps and possibilities (including ones I hadn't thought of).

  • My excitement level has gone from zero to overdrive in a couple of simple meetings. I now know this is going to work and it feels great!
